Valid reasons to return an item

  • If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please fill up our return form on website within 48 hours items of the delivery date.
  • We don’t accept because of your change of mind.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in the ideal E-zone packaging box, it must be returned in the same condition. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box

How to Return a Product

  • Sign in to your iDeal Ezone Account, select My Orders.
  • Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
  • Click on Return Items.

How to get refund

  • If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose Bkash, Nagad, Rocket refund method. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
  • The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (4-5 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1 working days), the expected refund processing time is 12 hours.
